CONSTRUCTION OF THE OVERLAY PANEL:
- maximum dimension 1200x2400mm
- external cladding made of 3mm thick aluminum sheet
- PUR- extruded polystyrene- hard foam without CFCs
- internal cladding made of 2mm thick aluminum sheet
The total thickness of the filling in the case of double-sided overlay fillings depends on the door profile system used. The standard thickness for a one-sided overlay panel is 59mm, other thicknesses available on request.
DECORATIONS Decorative applications and glass frames are made of 1mm thick stainless steel (0H18N9), which can be glued to the panel surface or flush with the filling surface, giving a smooth door surface. 1.2 mm deep milling iNOX 3D ornaments are a spatial development of "flat" ornaments.
CONSTRUCTION OF THE CHARGE PANEL:
- external cladding made of PVC, HPl 2mm thick, aluminum sheet 1.5mm or 2mm thick
- XPS or PUR hard insulation foam
- internal cladding made of PVC, HPl 2mm thick, aluminum sheet 2mm thick
- maximum size for PVC filling - 900 × 2150 for aluminum 1000 × 2000
The standard total thickness of the batch filling is 36 mm, other thicknesses are also available on request.
ORNAMENTS
Decorative applications and glass frames are made of 0.8 mm thick stainless steel (0H18N9), which can be glued to the panel surface or flush with the infill surface. The iNOX 3D decorations are the spatial development of "flat" ornaments. In the case of aluminum fillings, it is possible to use a thicker sheet of 2mm and make decorative milling and flush the application.
